General Tips- Pre-Packing and Trip Planning- Introduction

Here some basic trips for travelling. Most apply to all forms of travel (train, car and air travel) unless specified otherwise.

When one first starts planning a vacation one tends to get overexcited. Myself included, and once all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted (aka you've booked everything you need for your trip) we tend to get overzealous with our packing. Suddenly it seems, the line between what we want, need and may want and may need tends become a giant gray line.

Having a good time on your travels comes down to knowing what needs to be organized meticulously and what needs to be taken lightly.

This first article will address what needs to be done and considered before one has finalized and booked everything one needs for the trip.
